German Pancakes
A few Sundays ago I was having a really hard time deciding what to cook for dinner so I was looking through an old ward cookbook for some ideas. I came across these German Pancakes and thought that they sounded really easy so I made them. I was really suprised when I took them out of the oven and the kids didn't even want to try them. They are so yummy and way easy. I have really been missing out. I wonder why my mom never made these.....we are even part German (I think), how ironic huh!

I love german pancakes. I was excited one day and made them too and then Brett didn't think they were that great so I never made them again. Maybe I will have to come to your house next time you make them and eat them with you guys.
Were those really good? I'd be scared too! :o)
Ang or should I call you Helga(not German name, but you get it)...those freak me out! Was it mooshy? It looks too weird!
